Now I know they are VERY different, BUT as someone who lived in New York City during 9/11
I know how important it is to TURN OFF the NEWS and make time to LAUGH. It’s hard, I know, but you need it. Your loved ones need it. We are informed. We know to stay home and wash our hands for minimum of 20 seconds with hot water. Got it. So do you.
Now……. set up your TV with one of these comedies get comfy and relax. If you have a TV in front of your treadmill or stationary bike, EVEN BETTER!
“Long-term effects”
Laughter isn't just a quick pick-me-up. It's also good for you long term. Laughter may:
Improve your immune system. Negative thoughts manifest into chemical reactions that can affect your body by bringing more stress into your system and decreasing your immunity. By contrast, positive thoughts can actually release neuropeptides that help fight stress and potentially more-serious illnesses.”

Plan out chunks of time to put your cell phone away. Turn the NEWS OFF!!!! TURN OFF other devices. Sometimes as adults we forget that we NEED TO LAUGH. It is incredibly important for our body. We MUST find time to make this happen.
I suggest watching hysterical movies. Not just funny that might make you smile, HYSTERICAL is what is needed.
